Jim managed the Wholesale Customer Service & Franchise Streams as part of the Eason ERP. Key projects include the Wholesale B2B website and interfacing to Eason’s remote ordering and stock management solution for hundreds of wholesale customers. Jim configured and tested AX and worked closely with staff to streamline and document the new “to be” processes. He has a great approach and is able to explain and communicate new work practices in a user friendly way. He also understands management reports and was able to demonstrate how most of the business requirements could be met with “out of the box” reports. During his time with Eason he also rolled out numerous customer service initiatives, including intelligent call routing, telemarketing and telesales. He also worked closely with the Sales Reps. to ensure that AX supported them and helped them to win new business while at customer sites.
